REBECA CASTILLO, CEO/FOUNDER

CASTILLO CREATIVE CONSULTING, LLC

Mrs. Rebeca Castillo is the CEO/Founder of Castillo Creative Consulting, LLC, which she established in April 2019, while working on her full-time job as an economic developer in the public sector.  Her multi-faceted experience has allowed her to lead efforts from the local level with City of Brownsville, City of Harlingen, Cameron County, the Harlingen-San Benito Metropolitan Planning Organization, the Hidalgo County Metropolitan Planning Organization, the Brownsville Community Improvement Corporation, and the San Benito Economic Development Corporation.  

In 2022, after 28 years of working in the public sector, Mrs. Rebeca Castillo shifted her career efforts to work full time on her consulting business. Her consulting business focuses on providing strategic business solutions to small- and large-scale businesses, non-profit organizations, & government entities.

It is her goal to continue creating a positive impact in the Rio Grande Valley and expanding her consulting business footprint to the rest of the state and the nation.
